Class was cancelled this morning, so what do I do? Make this beauty! I've been seriously craving chocolate for the past few days and I've pretty much incorporated it into almost all my meals. So lo and behold this guilt-free, chocolate protein-powdered oatmeal recipe topped with fresh bananas, strawberries, and raspberries. Oh, and let's not forget to top it all off with a bit of honey granola!
Here it is:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of chocolate protein powder (or cocoa powder)
1/2 banana
5 strawberries
6-7 raspberries
Handful of honey granola
Mix in water, oats, and chocolate protein powder in a pot and heat it over the stove for about 5 minutes/until cooked. Then add all the fruits/granola on top! EZ-PZ :)
